Staff were customer-facing, hotel was clean, set in quiet area right by most things in Kyiv, a metro station.

Very specious rooms in a central location. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. Our room had a big bed and an ABSOLUTELY SUPERB view.

it was a very nice experience overall. fairly clean venue with perfect location next to a big supermarket. all the staff where customer-oriented, genuinely professional. fast check-in and good service.

Location was practical, I liked absolutely fabulous staff and silent rooms. Easy walk to the nice beach. Generally everything was wonderful, nonetheless the bathroom was very tiny. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. The English breakfast was lovely and included bread, bakery, meats and fresh fruit, everything was healthy.

Pleasant staff, reasonably spacious bathroom, comfy bed. The highlight was the appetising food. I loved that the room was functional and warm. They made my stay enjoyable. Fairly clean and luxe hotel in Pecherskyj district❤

It was a wonderful base for our nice stay. Room was good sized for us. Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Restaurant Pasternak, set within 20 minutes' walk.

Near golden gate and all the action. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Pecherskyj district. The hotel was very close to Kiev train station. We really enjoyed bonapart...
